there's more but i'm lazy to upload. blogging is sian now cos training's so shag alr plus so much work to do rawr.i checked out SCF's website and the novice category for canoe marathon 09 is 27 km! gah i've no idea why we're doing that cos none of us will be 18 by then (junior category is only 14 km) but i'm still very excited haha :D cos after accomplishing 27 km, training wont be scary anymore!

so i need to pia more now. and cj has some judo comp this sunday so we're going to seriously run/pullups/crunches/ train this week. HC FTW!
