(TODAY)i never thought i'd see the day that i could actually complete 16km and still go out for an additional 1km. today's been milstones-y. pucca can jump for the bar now and i can do one-person assisted SPUs :D THANK YOU JINGYI! tried really hard to concentrate on my form, stroke by stroke, and..it's helped a lot (:
bad parts. i'm not going to make excuses for losing my paddle. and i hate talking about it so...just, thank God ac retrieved it. using my old paddle was...hai. the duct tape's rubbed about 25 raw blisters on my hands and i'm not exaggerating. but i'm glad, because it's my due punishment for losing my paddle and it's a (painful) reminder not to do so again. debbie stepped on this stone which impaled her toe and blood streamed out when i did first aid >.< bleah. get well soon!
