muay thai was fun and we hit freaking hard for girls :D it was quite amusing cos i mixed up the roundhouse kick (muay thai) with the scissors kick (wushu) i used to do on my first try! haha my calf is ... there's an an annoying tight feeling! oh well.

this week's been crappy but it's starting to improve...i'm really glad all my friends/ extended friends got to promote (: despite what shar and i said about it being best if people who need the extra year don't promote...i really don't think i'd be able to take it if any of my friends retained ): i'd probably start crying like mad or something. i mean, sure, we'd still be friends...but everything's gonna change. you wouldn't get to go through the same milestones of jc life together, there's so much less chances of seeing each other, and inevitably there's the feeling of being left out. at times. oh and before i forget...thanks shuling and fangting for helping me pray for them :D

kays i gotta scoot off and do my proposal now.
