once a guide, always a guide

bio mugging = slightly productive. aim for S hahaha! my angel's encouraging words (:

yesterday night was fairly emotic but i've sorta gotten over it. thanks cj! on a lighter note, yesterday's water training was the best i've put myself through for countless weeks (: haha remembering the first time shar and i went for racesets...it was pure disaster which really made me doubt if i wanted to continue hcanoe, and everything kind of went downhill from there. but after nafa, the motivation just came back :D

xinhui promises to do her best,

amazing how i can still recite the three-fold promise after so long, but hey, our company tee says ONCE A GUIDE, ALWAYS A GUIDE :D
